Sugba Lagoon and Magpupungko Rock Pool Tour

The Sugba Lagoon and Magpupungko tour is a great way to see the sites of Siargao Island.

Our Sugba Lagoon-Magpupungko tour will take you from General Luna to Del Carmen port via multicab.  Then you will take a boat to Sugba Lagoon itself.  You will motorboat through the incredible mangroves before reaching Sugba Lagoon.  Once at Sugba you can enjoy the refreshing waters.  Jump from the high platform into the exquisite waters.  Rent a kayak or paddle board to explore the lagoon.  Have a great time!

Next, we will reach Magpupungko at low tide.  This is the only time you can really experience the rock pools.  Jump into the crystal clear waters and enjoy yourself!  If you feel up to it, rent some snorkeling gear and get a better view of what lies below the surface.  Magpupungko is a delight and often a highlight of a traveler’s Siargao trip.

And then it’s lunch time!

Lunch will take place either at Del Carmen or at Magpupungko.  It just depends on when low tide is that day.  Lunch will be a selection of Filipino delights.  Enjoy a sumptuous meal of rice, vegetables, grilled fish, chicken, and pork.  Cold drinks included!
